Pop Up Jewellery
My name's Claire, the director of Pop Up Jewellery Ltd. Pop Up was something that came about four years ago when I began making jewellery with polymer clay and beads, two materials which I still use to this day. After deciding I wanted to work more with metal I attended City of Glasgow College, where I studied an Applied Arts course and a Jewellery course. Ever since I decided to pursue Pop Up I knew there were two things that mattered to me the most: 1. To make sterling silver jewellery at a good price, meaning everyone could afford something pretty 2. To make sure my future customers knew that they are important to not only Pop Up Jewellery but to myself and that my customers could talk to me at any time, whether it be about a product or just a little advice. My work is greatly inspired by the hexagon shape and also the East End of Glasgow. Choosing the East End was easy, mainly because it is also my home so inspiration is all around me, currently I already have some pieces of work up on my website showcasing the East End and I can assure you there will be more to come! As well as the street I also have a collection called ''The Daintys'' these are found on the website and are little delicate rings or pendants. All products are made by hand, by me and with this method I can ensure that I put as much love and care into each piece as possible to make sure you get a high quality piece of jewellery. On that note before I finish writing I wanted to say thank you to those who have took the time to look at my page as if it was not for you I would not be here! Thanks for popping in Tata!
